I care about my clients, using my 18 years of real estate experiance to help them in their quest for housing, either finding a home or selling a home. I am assertive, tenacious and have been told I have the patience of Job. Other than my experiance, my family has been involved with real estate for 35 years!! I have earned the CRS designation, I am an ABR and took the courses for the SRES. I think my knowledge is power in the industry.

I have a good sense of humor and make the day easier is what  I'm told. I really try to walk in my clients shoes..Let's face it, our clients have a problem or they would never move. House to small, house to large or the maintenance has been an issue. I try to solve the problems or direct the way to go. I have been listing and selling real estate for 18 years, so I know what it takes to sell a home. As in any town, Location is number one, then comes Condition and Price. All these ingrediants have to make sense to my clients before they will make a decision that they will standby.
